ICE’s customer service is second to none! And our customer retention is unmatched in the industry. Our fully equipped lab in Taipei, Taiwan provides free samples normally within 1-2 weeks of request. We warehouse in our Marietta, GA office and provide programs like Kanban and JIT so we are flexible and easy to do business with.
We are a full service magnetics supplier. Our in-house machine shop provides test fixtures, assembly jigs, core gapping, core coating and custom mounting bases.
Our engineers provide solid design support early in your design stage, addressing material substitution in order to offer the most efficient, cost competitive solution available to you. Additionally, we engineer our own core and bobbin designs when necessary. Custom plastic parts and core tooling service are available at competitive prices and short lead times.
Our factory has UL Class B, Class F, and Class H insulation system approvals.
Our factory in Shenzhen China provides state of the art equipment for all of your magnetic requirements. Our production equipment includes winding machines, toroid winding machines, vacuum potting, wire twisting, termination and trimming machines.
Our flexible production line easily accepts small quantity runs up to million piece production runs.
